| Off
the shelf products for installation are the quickest solution.
2 to 6 weeks. However buying in February and March usually
result in shorter waiting periods. |

long does a cedar fence last? |
| Generally
speaking 15 to 25 years. Soil conditions, weather and
location are factors as well as girth of the material
and finishing. |

Cedar - Redwood - Mahogany? |
| Superior appearance. No knots. Holds finishing
paints better . More expensive than White Cedar. Sometimes
longer life expectancy. AFP+ works with all wood products
as standard fencing materials. |

pressure treated posts better than cedar posts? |
| Pressure
treated wood readily available is not as desirable. |

| Can
fences be installed during winter months? |
| Yes.
A winter such as we experienced in 2002 yielded very little
frost. Other winters require addiction equipment and labor
to complete the task which makes in not cost effective.
90% of winters lately have allowed for normal installation
procedures. |
| What
is the legal maximum height limit for a fence? |
| This
varies with each state, city and town. However, generally
6ft is the limit on a border fence. Higher can be considered
a "spite fence". With your neighbors permission
and a valid permit, any height may be acceptable. Fences
not along the property lines can be higher without invoking
"spite" status. |

| Do
I need a fence permit? |
| This
would apply to your local ordinances as there are not
state requirements for a permit. Most areas do require
a fencing permit. |

| Many styles available. Looks as good 15 years
later as the day installed. Low maintenance. Many colors.
