Architectural Fence is a family owned and operated company. The family has been manufacturing and installing fences since 1935. AFP+ was incorporated in 1991. Tip Top Fence, Inc (1935) was the parent company which gave way to the now defunct and legendary Jay's Fence Co., Inc. (1975-1990). From this legacy of skill and service to the community, and contributions to the industry, Architectural Fence Plus, Inc. is now leading the way into the next era.

Manufacturing one of a kind, very fine wood, steel, concrete, aluminum and plastic products. Some styles are very expensive, others are moderately priced.

In 1992, AFP+ introduced ready-made cash and carry products at prices that caused Wal-Mart to  raise an eyebrow. Most styles are displayed at our outdoor showroom.

Theodore, founder, was responsible for the now very popular double-sided fence and dubbed it "Good Neighbor". It stuck and proliferated industry-wide.

Manufacturers and installers, running up to 10 road crews with cellular communications, completely outfitted in well maintained vehicles.

Our manufacturing and showroom facility is located on US Route 1 in Salisbury Massachusetts and has been since it was built in 1970.

Our ways, designs and skills have proliferated throughout the nation and has made AFP+ a recognized industry standard. The consumer wins.
